1. Acceptance
By using the NotNowLight Windows app and devices, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account & ownership
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials of the account you use to sign in. Each NotNowLight device may be bound to one account at a time. If a different account claims a device that you previously owned, your access to that device is revoked.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to harass others, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to interfere with the operation of the licensing server. We may revoke device licenses or block accounts for violations.
4. Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no guarantees. License tokens are designed to keep your devices working for up to 7 days without any contact with our servers.
5. Disclaimer of warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
6. Account deletion
You may request account deletion at any time by emailing support@notnowlight.com. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
